Marketplace provides you the ability to integrate external sites such as Workday, LinkedIn, Salesforce, WebEx and others with Cornerstone SBX. These external sites can be free or paid vendors. If you are integrating with a paid vendor, then you must provide vendor-connection details that you will receive from the vendor after signing up with their service.

Marketplace currently supports integration ability for the following types of services:
  • Content

    Integrate content providers like OpenSesame, Harvard Manage Mentor and LinkedIn Learning. Once integrated, you can start accessing courses online and track completions in SBX.

  • Collaboration

    The New Marketplace users can now interact with key learning tasks in the flow of work, through integration with Microsoft Teams, receiving message notifications of upcoming training deadlines, and being able to search for available learning through a chat interface, without having to leave Teams. They can use a set of preset commands to extract these specific details.

  • Data Integration

    Integrate with popular HRIS like Workday, UltiPro and ADP. Once integrated, you can keep person data in sync.

  • Virtual Learning Environment (VLE)

    Add and configure VLE providers like WebEx. Once integrated, Training sessions can seamlessly be managed from SBX.

  • Apps

    Add and configure different apps like Resource Scheduler. Once configured, you can start using the apps from the respective areas in Marketplace.
